I was hoping to find a specific piece of equipment, but the selection was limited. Since I don’t like taking chances with gear that might not be the right fit, I ended up not getting anything. It might work for someone with simpler needs, but it wasn’t enough for me.
"Confusing communication and too much back-and-forth"
My experience with lofta was just okay. The main issue was the communication — the messages weren’t very clear, and I ended up having to ask more than once what I was supposed to do next. Support did reply, but the answers still left me unsure, so it felt like I was stuck in a support loop trying to get a simple next step. It got frustrating after a while.

"Return process felt unnecessarily difficult"
Returning my order to Lofta ended up being a lot more frustrating than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, so I kept having to follow up just to figure out what was happening. The refund took longer than it should have too, and most of the replies I got felt canned. Maybe other people have had a smoother experience, but it felt like they weren’t exactly trying to make the return easy. After this, I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

The advice was genuinely helpful and easy to follow once everything was up and running. The setup did take a bit longer than I expected, mostly just little things like waiting on screens to load and double-checking a couple of steps, but after that it worked fine

After I made the purchase, the replies started getting slow. I was already a bit frustrated at the time, and having to keep following up just to get help made it feel even more annoying.

I was hoping to get my CPAP set up quickly and then get on with my evening, but the help was just confusing and not useful at all. I ended up wasting way more time than expected, and it pretty much ruined the plans I had for the night.

So, my order showed up with the wrong mask size, which was frustrating. Like, I get that mistakes happen, but I really didn’t have extra days to spare waiting around for it to get sorted out. Support did fix it eventually, to be fair, but yeah, the whole thing was kind of annoying.

The supply refill thing works well most of the time, but it could be a little smoother. Sometimes I’m kind of unsure when stuff is actually shipping or whether I’m supposed to update something on my end. Support did help when I reached out, though it took a bit of waiting around. Overall, it’s okay, just not anything amazing.

"Really wanted it to help, but I’m still tired"
I wanted this to be one of those things where I’d come back after a few weeks and be like, wow, game changer. Setup was totally fine and didn’t give me any trouble, which I appreciated because I’m not always the most patient with instructions. I even had my coffee situation ready to celebrate better mornings, though to be fair I’ll drink coffee either way. But after using it for a while, I’m still waking up feeling tired. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me the treatment just hasn’t made a noticeable difference. Kind of a bummer.

I was thinking the at-home sleep test is gonna be simple, but it was kind of annoying to set up. The instructions was okay, but not really clear enough, so I end up redoing a couple things before it feel right. Sleeping with the device wasn’t very comfortable either. It did works in the end, but the whole thing was more of a hassle than I expected.

The tracking itself has been reliable, and my data syncs without much trouble. That said, the app can feel a bit clunky at times, especially when I’m trying to move around quickly. Overall, I like what it does, but I’d feel a lot better using it if the app felt smoother...

I tried Lofta thinking the whole process would be quick, but the diagnosis part ended up taking longer than I expected. I kept checking for updates and wasn’t really sure what was going on most of the time. Since it’s health-related, that kind of waiting can feel stressful. The prescription steps were a bit confusing for me. It took longer than I expected, and there were a few points where I wasn’t sure what information they needed from me next. "Easy order, but the wait was rough"
Ordering was simple enough, so I’ll give them that, but the shipping was slow. The tracking just sat there for days with no updates, and my package ended up arriving later than expected. Everything was fine once it finally showed up, which is good, I guess, but the delay was annoying enough that I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to order again.

Trying to schedule an appointment was way more of a hassle than I expected. The available times were limited, and the website was confusing in that way where you’re not totally sure if you did the thing right or not. I kept having to check back, which got old fast. it made me less excited to even deal with all of it.
